1. Broadly:

5. Resignation of the client:
If the contractor withdraws from the contract or does not use the services of HEBUX Executive Owner Börge-Hendrik Spröde without a withdrawal, HEBUX Executive Owner Börge-Hendrik Spröde is entitled to request reasonable reimbursement for the preparations made and for the expenses as well as reimbursement for the damage caused. Example: when a car is reserved for 8.00 am, the start of the services is at least 7.00 am, if it takes a longer time to reach the agreed place, the service starts earlier. If a reservation or the agreed scope of the services is limited at short notice, i.e. within 48 hours, e.g. from 8 to 3 hours, a cancellation charge of 100 % will be charged for the cancelled hours.
If a car is booked for a certain period of time or if it should be available on call and the car or the service are only used after the end of this period of time, that will be considered a separate order. Then, a cancellation charge of 100 % will be charged for the first order. Example: you reserve a car and the meeting time is agreed for a fixed period of between 7.00 and 12.00 am, however you only depart at 2 pm, this will be considered two orders. The second order will be charged according to our standard prices. Unless one reservation overlaps with another reservation, we offer, in exceptional cases, the opportunity to only bill additional hours for the extra time.
If the service is not used and no cancellation is made, the customer must pay the agreed price without deduction. Any cancellation shall be made in writing.
6. Liability:
